Adam Kupinski knows the world of film from all angles. As an actor himself, he has been on stage since he was little, completed his acting training in Munich in July 2023 and with over 150 professional filming and theatre days under his belt, he knows the film industry inside out. His talent is also evident behind the scenes, long after the curtain has fallen. With a combination of acting training, business studies and experience in sales, Adam has the perfect blend of creativity and business acumen. At VICTUS since October 2023, as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Junior Producer, he is the man who pulls the strings, creates connections and ensures that every project runs smoothly. Adam knows how to combine creative visions with commercial requirements and make projects successful. At the same time, as an actor, he is regularly involved in productions and combines his two passions in front of and behind the camera.
